George Donald Bridenbaugh

George was born in Council Bluffs to George and Justina (Ham) Bridenbaugh. He graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School. George served his country in WWII in the Army's 6th Engr. Special Brigade. George retired from AT&T after many years of service.

George is preceded in death by his parents, wife Dorothy E. (Knutson) Bridenbaugh, October 23, 1990; sister, Marjorie Ann Deuel; grandson, Alex Smith. He is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth A. Foley (Jim); Suzanne M. Ellenberger (Don); Georgia D. Smith (Ron) all of Council Bluffs, Janice J. Williamson (Dan) of North Carolina; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation: With family, Thursday 6-8 P.M.

Services: Friday 11 A.M. all at Funeral Home.

Interment: Ridgewood Cemetery, Garden of Time Section, with military rites by American Legion Post #2.

Memorials: Suggested to Hospice of Southwest Iowa.
